The taste of home,
folded by hand.

Three generations of pastizzi, from a kitchen in Malta to our table on the Sunshine Coast. We fold every one ourselves — and we'd love to share them with you.

from our family table to yours

A Maltese family gathered around a long wooden table laden with pastizzi, bread and red wine.
Our family

From a kitchen in Valletta to a kitchen in Buderim.

Our nanna learned to fold pastizzi from her mother. Paul learned from her. Now his kids stand on the same chair, dusting flour on the bench. Three generations, one recipe, and a quiet belief that food made by hand tastes different.

The craft

No shortcuts. No machines. Just hands.

Every tray starts at 4am. Roll, stretch, fold, pinch, repeat. By the time the sun's up, the kitchen smells of butter and black pepper.
